The Challenge
The generator engine was running rough with water leakage into the oil system. A lot of black smoke was coming out of the exhaust. The company came to a conclusion that the engine needed overhaul at a cost of SG$40,000 to SG$50,000.
The Polytron Solution
Since the company had nothing to lose, at the advice of Polytron distributor, they decided to treat the engine with Polytron Technology. Polytron MTC (10% by volume) and Polytron FC (0.1% by volume)”.
Day after the engine was treated, it was running smoothly, with considerable reduction in smoke and noise.
