The Challenge
Maintenance manager in this plant in Texas, manufacturing aluminum profiles, was looking for ways to extend maintenance intervals on Orimpers 6 WB machines to reduce downtime. The machines were lubricated very frequently to prevent breakdown and untimely deterioration in the machine performance. In spite of frequent lubrication and maintenance, the equipment was still breaking down.
